Carefully designed to create the mood and appearance of a rustic seaside resort, The Seasons is cloistered around six luxuriously landscaped courtyards: Summer Court, containing a sunken swimming pool and sparkling waterfall in a tropical palm-studded setting; Autumn Court, featuring late-blooming gardens and tall evergreens surrounding a long reflection pond with a magnificent hand-carved stone fountain; Winter Court, with its winding path and arched wooden bridge over a gurgling brook flowing from a gentle waterfall under a canopy of tall pines; Spring Court, centered by a sunken pong containing a tall, multi-tiered bubbling foundation in a setting of live oaks, magnolias, azaleas and other early blooming flowers; Walden Court, featuring a driveway across a stream flowing from a towering rock waterfall; Theme Court, a dramatic broadly-terraced courtyard that slopes to a beautiful half-moon-shaped swimming lagoon fed by two splashing waterfalls. One level contains a sun terrace complete with an octagonal hot tub and a Swedish sauna. Each spacious suite features an individually-controlled heating and air-conditional system and a complete line of Whirlpool kitchen appliances. Two-bedroom quiets contain two separate baths and full-size washers and dryers. Many have fireplaces and icemakers as well as up to four private balconies to capture the magnificent ocean views.
