Photo The new Quality Inn and Suites is idyllically located on Seawall Blvd. and boasts gorgeous views of the Gulf. The hotel's guest rooms feature one king or two queen beds. Executive king suites and whirlpool suites also are available. All guest rooms offer a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, free high-speed Internet access, a spacious work area and beautiful balcony.

Guests at the hotel will enjoy a free continental breakfast, a large open lobby with plentiful seating and business area and an exercise room with a multi-faceted weight station, stair stepper and stationary bicycle. The hotel also offers an indoor heated pool, hot tub and guest laundry.

A multitude of restaurants, museums and shopping are within easy walking distance of the hotel. Other attractions including the Strand District, deep-sea fishing, Bolivar Ferry, the 1877 Tall Ship Elissa, Moody Gardens and Moody Mansion are all a short distance from the hotel.

Discounts are available when booked in advance on a space-available basis for seniors, American Automobile Association members, business travelers, government and military personnel and groups. Children, ages 18 and under, stay free when accompanied by an adult.

Donna7/18/2008 1:01:00 PMGreat hotel! The staff are the most friendly most accommodating on the island. We have stayed here several times for the indoor pool alone and highly recommend it. Breakfast area is always clean and plentiful. Can't go wrong staying here!
Nancy6/2/2008 9:55:00 AMI have lived in Houston and visited Galveston for 50 years. I have stayed in quite a few motels/hotels and this was the best ever. Very clean room, everything worked, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Do yourself a favor and stay here where it doesn't stink like most places on the gulf (sounds bad, but it is true). Very nice, we will be back as soon as possible! Thank you for a great home away from home.
