The dryer exhaust goes directly into the apartment as their is no ventilation for the dryer. The so called "garden tub" can fit about 3 inches or water before no more hot water! There is no security of any form and the office is very difficult to get in touch with. The walls are very thin and you can hear every footstep taken by neighbors and in the corridors. Units are frequently rented out to tourists for the weekends which creates unbearable noise in your apartment if you are unfortunate to get under one of these units. The elevator is filthy and disgusting and constantly has dog urine or foul spillage in it! I would never rent here again! Martha 9/2/2008 9:30:00 PM I rent. It's very pricy compared to other places. We stayed in Circles at the Sea condo there and it was beautiful. The decor was great and the furniture was perfect. We had a great time at the pool and the playground with our children.
